What does God think when I cry every day?

I wish I could stop, but I can’t. Some days if I don’t cry, then I’m agitated, but when I cry I wish I only felt joy and love. I sometimes feel like those positive feelings are only in Heaven, because I don’t feel them often here on earth. I usually am filled with negative thoughts. When one leaves, they come back ten fold… I need help.
