please pray for me

hi, i’ve been baptized for about 6 years and i’ve been really struggling. i was baptized when i was 12, and then covid hit and i strayed from God. i’m overwhelmed by my sins and the guilt is eating me alive, and ive been struggling with my mental health. i don’t know how much more i can really take. i don’t know how to atone for my sins and i feel like ive ruined my life. any advice/prayers would be greatly appreciated.
