Please pray for me, I’ve been having night terrors

Hi everyone, I keep having these horrible, terrifying night terrors, and wake up in the middle of them dazed and confused. I can’t really pinpoint the exact nature of the nightmares but they cause me to wake up at 3 in the morning with teeth-chattering panic attacks.

Some prayers and maybe a verse to think about next time it’s happening would be much appreciated!
