I got a ( om ) tattoo before knowing it’s Hindu symbol

So i worked with my artist and came up with some ideas he said this om would look cool and I was like yea man that looks good. but I didn’t think much of it till it was pointed out after, it’s a hindu symbol representingits 3 states of consciousness. As a Christian, am I cooked? Should I leave it or cover it up? I am fully aware my mistake of not looking into it deeper before hand but we where talking and then boom it’d already there.

I don’t know how to feel about this. I definitely feel retarded for not checking it out before he tattooed it.
