People who let their anger get the best of them

So people let their anger control them and act on it when someone does something to them even though they apologize for it. I was watching YouTube on raja Jackson who almost killed a wrestler for putting beer on him even though he apologized, then a hour later he proceeded to attack the wrestler. Idk how I should deal with this stuff, before raja was being disrespected and looked calm every time someone did it to him but was this the last straw. How do I as a believer judge someone like this?
