Spiritual attack during exercise?

I just wanted to share this and ask for prayer. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. So I climbed on my exercise bike and then felt all these threats coming against my mind. Hostile angry thoughts felt like they were coming at me. Of course the enemy wants to make us weak so we are easier to manipulate. I know God wants to keep us strong. I’m assuming Caleb who was strong at 80 years old and ready for battle was not sitting around doing nothing. Not sure what his exercise routine was 😊 Anyway I wanted to share this and ask for prayer.
