Questions about fasting

I am currently fasting, going the whole day without food then in the last 4 hours have one small meal. My goal was three days and I’m looking for hep and guidance in my relationship. I’m so lost and confused and really need him to tell me what to do, it’s the third day and I’m still lost so I’m thinking of extending it to a week cause surely then he’ll help me. The only thing is that I work 2 jobs and they involve lifting things but I really need him and I have no idea what else to do. My question is, how do i do this while being smart about my body? I want to do this and if i don’t get any answers im going to take a break then do it again. I just feel like im doing something wrong.
