Abusing grace ?

Right some I’ve got a little dilemma, after I’ve fallen short of Gods glory an sin I feel guilty, disappointed in myself but I confess and repent my sins straight away I do really good for awhile then always fall into it either be swearing, lusting etc

What is the true definition of abusing grace ? I feel like I am every time I sin and repent and fall back into it, I don’t want to but my flesh 🙄
