Catholic dating a non-Catholic

I (19F) am Catholic and the man (25M) that I’ve been seeing isn’t, but I really like him. He believes in God so we do align on important values and morals but just not Catholicism specifically. Would you as a non Catholic feel like there would be problems in the relationship with a Catholic where there would be things you would disagree about too much or not see eye to eye on? Can it work out well?
