God speaking to you

What is it like when God speaks to you? Is it the same for everyone? Did I experience it?

I was in the hospital late last year and received some news. As I was walking out the doors, I remember so clearly asking God for guidance in my head. This might sound crazy, but it felt like God replied to me instantly. I can’t fully put what happened into words—it was like I received an answer and my mind and whole body felt completely at peace.

The message was simple: if I did something specific, everything would be okay because God would take care of the rest. So I did it, and wow—everything fell into place perfectly this whole year.

I can’t stop thinking about that moment. I’ve never experienced anything like it, but I’m so thankful for it. Has anyone else had a moment like this? Was that God talking to me because it was like I heard the answer but I just cannot describe the experience properly. Or was this something else?
