Had a dream that has really stuck with me and want opinions

So when I was about 16 or 17 I don’t exactly remember I had a very interesting dream.. So I was struggling in water.. it felt like it was running so strong and throwing me around.. I had no control and couldn’t breathe.. I was so scared.. and then instantly all the negativity went away and I was floating peacefully in calm soothing water.. still being propelled by the current that was previously flowing.. and I didn’t hear anything but I saw the words visually:

“This is all Possible because the word of the man”

And I jumped awake pretty shaken up.. and have been drawn the Christianity ever since.. (was essentially an atheist before)

I’ve told friends about this and they almost mock me.. making it seem like I think I’m special or think I’m a profit or the second coming or something which isn’t the case at all.. but I refuse to believe this dream was nothing..

Am I just being superstitious? Please someone educated give me opinions and answers 🙏❤️
