How do I stop hating God?

For the first 16 years of my life I was suffering from a lot of pain. It ruined my childhood, I remember the pain was so bad that I couldn’t sleep, one night sobbing in tears,I cried out to God asking him why must I go through this? Why doesn’t he help a little boy like me? And I got no answer, over the years a lot of hate started building up, because he did nothing to help, things only got worse and worse. I do love God but I still have hate in my heart from being helpless all those years. How do I reconcile with God? Please pray for me.
