How to heal from a breakup in Christ?

So basically, my story is pretty simple. I had a girlfriend for about 6 months and loved her dearly. But she thought of me as more of an add-on to her life. I was fooled by her to think lust was love. She consistently would breakup with me, but me trying to help her mentally kept on waiting for her every-time. I was getting little and littler sleep because of her, sometimes I really wished I would have seen passed her lies. After the 4th breakup she called a “Break” I said this: “You can stay with me, or go.” And she wouldn’t give me a straight answer. So I asked her again, and she said yes.

So here I am now. Wondering about the last 6 months of my life wasted, that I could have put into god. And part of me still wants her but I know that’s like a dog going back to his throw-up. But now begs the question, in all of that what can I do in Christ to help me heal?
