How to permanently get rid of lust?

Hi! Im a 14M, and I am a protestant Christian. Ive been watching some videos about salvation specifically lately because I am afraid of going to hell. Recently, ive been reading the Bible and im on genesis 21 so far , but I know some things in the new testament already. Ive been doing my best to not sin, and ive been praying to god for forgiveness! But I keep falling into masturbation. Based on what I know about the scripture so far, I have not been doing anything against god’s laws, the ten commandments etc. so it’s really just the masturbating that has been making me feel bad. I believe the cause of this is my daily h***yness so im looking for ways to stop it forever. Im open to hearinganyway; physically, mentally, whatever you suggest! I just really want to stop this for good

And this is an entirely different question, but I’ve been hearing others say that those who are saved will not sin anymore, but ive also heard that everybody sins so can anybody explain it to me?
