I need help or advice or something

So this is a longer post as there’s a lot going on. Because of circumstances with my and my boyfriends family we are living together not married though. both of us are 22. Last month my boyfriend attempted suicide and lost his job and hasn’t been able to get a job since despite trying constantly. Last month I also lost my job but we had some money saved up. Neither of us have been able to get a job since even after now hundreds of applications and going into places. We are now behind on almost all of our payments, the car, the apartment, insurance, utilities. We’ve tried to reach out to government assistance and have not been accepted yet. Now where the Christian aspect comes in, shortly after my boyfriend was in the hospital he had an encounter with Jesus and read the books of Timothy in the bible he has since been doing great both of us are seeking the lord trying to figure out what to do or what it is that God would want us to do here. We are expecting to lose everything in the coming weeks but torn between trusting God and wondering if this is his plan for us since genuinely nothing is working out it seems this must be what God wants. I am lost on this. Any advice or insight would be appreciated
