I need help overcoming guilt

I have been a bad christian, this last week i’ve been growing closer to God, and really digging into christianity, I’ve done bad things, sometimes still do, and now it’s come to my realization, and I feel terrible, I feel sick knowing i could have and can be better, i’m disappointed and overwhelmed
