I was SAed when I was 12 ts messed me up what do I do?

When I was 12 I was SAed the same person would send me porn daily. 6 months later I got addicted to porn now I’m 19 and ts still f-cks with my head. I want to quit so bad I keep trying to but it feels impossible idk why I’m even addicted this is so shameful and horrible I don’t want this and it’s been effecting me for 7 years and idk what to do anymore. I feel so disgusted with myself and I’m sorry.
