If u are afraid of getting left behind…

Rest easy my brothers and sisters. Its not a time of anxiety, but a time of immense joy. He is coming back.

I used to fear that i was only convincing myself that i was a true believer but in reality i was just pretending or delusional.

…but it was never about me. Dont let the focus shift on u, its not about u.

No matter how hard u try u cant earn your salvation, u cant un-earn it either. It is GIVEN to you as a GIFT.

All u need to do is trust:

Not in who you are but in what He has done.

Not in what you have done but in who He is.

Relax and rest in the CERTAINTY that u are saved because HE WOULDNT HAVE IT OTHERWISE, He is determined to give u eternal life.

Hell is God’s punishment for sin, so is being left behind, but if u are fearing hell then u are rightly fearing punishment. This is good.

I am telling u here that this is the reality: God became a man whose name is Jesus and He gave up his life through excruciating pain so that He could redeem you. This is the truth.

People add little snippets after like, ‘all u need to do is believe and accept it’ and then we humans with our corrupted minds over-analyze that little part forgetting the entire truth listed previously, we over-emphasize and in fact we just literally invent that snippet, the bible doesnt say that.

Where does Jesus say in John 3:16 – 17 that the responsibilty for salvation falls on the believer? He says straight up what salvatuon entails, and its all His responsibility. Which He is coming back to claim the rewards of. We are the rewards.

So in conclusion: if u are afraid, youre on the right track. But shift your focus to God, He is the one who ALREADY PAID YOUR PRICE. Whereas we were slaves to sin He has bought us, now we belong to Him as His sheep!
