If you don’t heal correctly from a wound, does it mean God has left you?

I fear this…I was mugged and stabbed 2 months ago. In defense, I had my hand up and it got slashed, it tore up some tendons and nerves. Now my hand is not healing the way is suppose to and doc doesn’t know or really give me any information if I will have a functioning hand again. I feel like I’ve been abandoned. Is this correct or no ?
