Lust just ruined it for me completely

I been dealing with lust my whole life and i’ve been a Christian my whole life but a couple of months ago I decided to pick up the Bible because the videos that I was seeing on my for you page explained a lot about the sin that I was going through, I spend days and years spending my life on useless images and videos and when I decide to read my Bible and try to get through this temptation it just got stronger the longest I can go through with out fap is 3 days I don’t wanna do this at all. I wanna quit. It’s so useless. I don’t even want to get on my phone anymore, built up so much anger from failing I want to distract myself from the temptation, but there’s nothing to do. I don’t know what to do anymore now I’m not saying I’m going to give up, but I would just give it to God at this point because I don’t know what to do
