Need some clarification about Jesus’s crucifixion

Hello everyone, I am 24F and I recently accepted Jesus as my saviour. And now I am considering to get baptized. Although I do have some questions (there could be some dumb questions …. don’t judge me)which I want your help with

 • I want to know how Jesus alone can save everyone? When it's written in the Bible "It shall be life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot". And also shouldn't there be multiple sacrifice in order to save everyone? • What is Trinity? • Is baptism really important? Should I give my testimony infront of my Church before getting baptized (I am scared of public speaking)?
