Passing

Hello, relevant or not I’m 16 years old and have been a follower of god my entire life. But I’m having trouble with faith. I keep fearing death and I know I’m young and shouldn’t worry about death but part of me fears that when I die there’s nothing after, no heaven, no eternal life. How can I regain my faith and belief? Please help me.
