Question about Prayer

tonight I decided to write down my prayer. I’ve been thinking about doing that for a couple days and I got a new notebook today and decided I wanted to write my prayers down. But even tho I prayed and wrote out everything I wanted to get off my heart, I feel like I didn’t really “pray” or it doesn’t really “count” because I wrote it down instead. Idk just feels weird. Any biblical advice on how God may feel about this?
