Seeking community as someone who’s spiritual but not traditionally religious

Hello everyone,

I’ve always believed in God and have tried to live by principles like doing good, avoiding harm, and staying true to my conscience. However, I’ve never really been drawn to organized religion or formal religious practices. I suppose you could say I see myself as more spiritual than religious. My relationship with God has always felt personal and internal.

That said, I’m far from perfect. I struggle with things like self-doubt, anger and laziness, and I’ve come to realize that I can’t face these challenges alone. I’ve started seeking professional help, which has been a positive step, but I also feel a strong desire to walk the path of Jesus and grow in my faith.

I believe that being part of a small Christian community, where I can learn from others, have open conversations, and explore the Bible, could really support that journey. If anyone has advice, resources, I’d truly appreciate it. 🙏
