Theory: Could aliens be demons?

For context, I am a Christian, but I don’t necessarily believe in the “aliens are demons” theory, I just thought it was interesting and I wanted to know what others thought. Please understand that this question doesn’t reflect my beliefs.

So a few days ago I was watching some random YouTube videos and stopped paying attention and eventually left the room. When I came back, it had gone to some podcast where the guys were talking about how they think aliens could really just be demons coming to humans in a way that could manipulate us into turning away from God. For instance, if aliens came out publicly, how many people would think “well if aliens are real, God must not be,” or something along those lines. As a Christian theory, it makes sense in some ways, I guess.

Idk, I just thought it was interesting and I wanted to hear other people’s thoughts on it.
