Trouble with fornication

I have recently truly began trying to learn more and deepen my faith. I struggle so hard with not having sex and partying. I don’t since about a month ago strong. It was just such a huge part of my life and find myself deeply craving it sometimes. I was having sex with different woman about every couple of days and quitting cold turkey has been tough. I need advice to refrain. I have been exercising and eating healthy and praying and reading my Bible. I actually just changed my major to theology and Bible as well. I feel like I can help others. It is so much harder to help yourself than others though.
