What do Christians think happens to prayers by people from other religions?

Do they go nowhere? Do they go to the Christian God and he ignores them? Does Christian God answer their prayers because of the effort going into praying? If you lived your life praying as a non-judeochristian, is it a waste? What about other religion people who say their prayers have been answered?
