What do you do when you feel disconnected from God?

Honestly I don’t even know where to start. I feel so lost and empty. I don’t even know who I am anymore. No matter how much I pray/worship, I feel such a huge disconnect between me and God. At one point in my life, I couldn’t do anything without turning to God first but now I have so many doubts and I’m trying so hard to hold on because I know who God is and what he has done. I’m miserable. I’m forcing myself to keep praying/worshipping but I don’t feel anything in my heart. I don’t know what to do anymore.
