What happened?

So it was about 9pm, I was preparing to sleep doing my normal routine before bed, but I suddenly got a sharp pain near the abdomen, out of no where I just got the idea to pray over it, so I rebuked some evil spirits, I said spirits of pain, I command you to leave my abdomen, and after the prayer it didn’t hurt, I jus thought it was regular since pain usually goes away, but I was also hurt in my left eye. It had been red for like I don’t know how long and it was still sharp, then I prayed over it, after the prayer, my pain was gone and it didn’t hurt and before the prayer it was hurting a lot, what is it?
