please pray my manic episode ends soon. (ideally tonight or tomorrow).

i’m bipolar and deal with hypomanic episodes. this means the episodes come with (trigger warning) suicidal thoughts. i’m in an episode now, and while i feel like i’m on the come down, the thoughts are persistent and it’s scary. i have somewhere i’d like to be tomorrow and i’m just so worn out. please pray the episode ends tonight & that i can have some peace & not do anything stupid.
