Pray that God will undo the mistake I made that’s causing anxiety

I stuffed up in relation to exposing my underperformance to the manager. While he’s alright about it, I still feel regularly anxious about work.

I need prayers that God will restore me to that good mental health I had two weeks ago before this problem happened.

I find that once my anxiety returns, it’s much harder to get rid of it than to get it.

Maybe the devil is constantly trying to pull me down no matter how many times I receive reprieve.
