!!!Prayer for marriage!!!!

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for reading my post. I really could use some prayers over my situation. My boyfriend and I were not always Christians- in fact we were quite new age when we met, but God captured our hearts. We’ve been baptized together, and following our faith for almost 2 years together now. Since we were not always Christians, we did engage in physical intimacy. Whenever we engaged in intimacy we were VERY attracted and satisfied by eachother, but something was definitely missing (hello sanctification!)

The thing is, we haven’t had sex in 2 years, and we’re both “burning with desire” if you will. We decided to not be intimate and trust the Lord with our eventual marriage. It has helped us grow so much and has been so fruitful, but honestly I don’t know how much longer I can take it! We would LOVE to get married, like literally right now if we could, but we simply don’t have the finances to have the type of wedding that I know we need and want to have. I want my family involved, and I want a ceremony, so courthouse isn’t really an option. I also don’t feel comfortable hiding it from my family and not having them involved, so eloping isn’t an option either.

I am praying that soon we can be blessed with financial growth and preparedness for marriage so we can start a life together! I love him more than anything, and we’re just about desperate to marry each other. Please pray for us to be blessed with marriage soon in Jesus’s name!
