Spiritually attacked through traumatic flashbacks

Please pray for me. I’m having horrible memories of my childhood keep coming to my memory. I do have PTSD from my childhood and I can’t function. They keep coming to my memories and make me stop me on my track. I feel like I’m being spiritually attacked by this and I can’t stand it, to the point it’s almost driving me to self harm to stop all these flashbacks. This isn’t the first time it ever happened and I find this to be an evil spirit , especially with what has happened in my family recently. Please pray for me
