Believe God is real, but that’s it.

I’ll get straight to the point. I do believe God is real, but I don’t believe he is perfect at all.

Why does He allow innocent people to get harmed every single minute of the day? Why ‘answer the prayer’ of someone who wants to pass an exam but ignore the prayers of children who pray to be cured of disease, be free from sex trafficking, be free from war etc.

I’d assume I’ll get a response along the lines of ‘Free will exists’ But God is all knowing, He knew all this evil would happen but allowed it to. Why?

The scary thing is, I’m afraid that my doubts would result in me being dammed to hell, but I cannot force myself to believe.
