Fear and anxiety issues

I think I’m finally ready to admit it, I have issues with fear, anxiety, nervousness etc. I have been blaming back pain as being the source of these issues. Maybe I’m just lying to myself? I’ve also been blaming back pain on using alcohol although I’ve dramatically changed my diet over the last month and a half and I’m conquering one thing at a time with God’s help. I have been skipping days drinking coffee and I’m trying to add to getting rid of bad habits or at least major moderation. Please pray for my Deliverance.
