I have a gf and have had committed adultery

I’m 19m and have been dating my gf for over a year now I have committed this sin multiple times. I have recently turned to god learning more and more. I’ve prayed to him asking if he wants me to get rid of my gf because of this sin. I’m just not sure yet.
