I need help.

I am 14, turning 15 very very soon. I keep telling God i won’t like masturbate and lust. I keep telling God i’m sorry. But no matter what i say, i keep coming back to lusting. I don’t know what to do. I tried setting reminders to read the bible and everything and wrote paragraphs to help me stop lusting to read when i felt lustfull. Nothings working and im just not sure what to do… please someone help me or give me feedback on what to do..
