If you are a Christian in the US, and a conservative, why?

What is it about the Conservative Party that aligns with your Christian beliefs? I do not consider myself a conservative, but I will say that something that aligns with my beliefs is that abortion is an immoral act against a human being. I didn’t initially agree with making the laws that were made or the reversal of Roe v Wade, but I understand that in order to potentially save the unborn, that’s what has to happen. Secular Pro life helps me make the argument for pro life though outside of religion bc there are many non religious folks.
