I’m having a hard time understanding menstruation

I know it’s not normal to have pain and all, but just bleeding every month is so brutal sometimes. I’m not “mad at God”, never was, but I’m struggling to understand and I feel like I have the wrong mindset about this. Like, why do we bleed every month? How do we interpret this as Christian women?

I would like to hear Christian women’s perspective/thoughts on this especially and learn.
