Is gambling a sin?

I kind of really got the craving to play some bingo. Is gambling a sin I know a lot of churches do bingo but I just got a bad feeling about gambling idk what it is. If it is a sin to gamble can I make it so if I win I just give it away so then it’s not gambling it’s playing a game ?
