Is it possible

Hi, so I have a question. I’m starting to believe in God due to some research I’ve done, however, I do not consider myself a Christian or other religious terms. Is it weird or can I live just believing in God and researching more and still don’t have a “label” or a religious label? I don’t know if I’m making sense and I want to clarify that I do not want to be rude and I hope I don’t seem rude (Sorry if my writing is weird English isn’t my first language)
