Peace, sleep, and clarity

Lately I’ve (19F) have been going through a very hard time with my emotions, specifically considering a breakup- among other things.

I constantly feel this pit in my stomach like im going to throw up. I get no sleep and have no idea what decision to make on something I’ve been considering. I feel kinda pressured about it because I think I got myself in too deep before I really thought things through but it’s been making me sick.

Just pray I get some sleep and healing. Especially tonight. I feel like dying. And pray God can lead me to make the right decision and pull me out of the hole I’m in.
