Please pray that my dog will stop sneezing

My dog today has been sneezing non stop and eariler it was bleeding. My family and I just don’t have the money to take her to the vet so I really need some prayers that her sneezing will stop and hopefully if there is something stuck in her nose that it will come out. I can’t lose another dog this year so I could really use some prayers
