How can i tell what denomination is right?

So i have this deep problem. Im non- denominational, and im not neccesarily keen on getting a denomination because i believe its kinda dumb because it causes seperation of churches and the Bible says to put our differences aside. Anyway, i watch alot of Christian Youtube. But i can never tell what denomination those Youtubers are. Some are strict, some are loose, some are serious, some are joyful, etc

I think its best if i stay away from some sides of Christian Youtube, but how can i tell? How can i tell whats harmful? What do you consider harmful? See ive learned alot of great things from some Youtubers, but others, all its done is cause more anxiety. Like telling me 10 things im doing wrong all at once. And dont even get me started on the “This video was meant to find you”. That is SO confusing for the sole purpose of the fact that sometimes i do actually need what is said in the video. Another big problem is: does God want me to do this? Is this a sign from God? Mabye its conviction? Idk man. So confusing.

Or a good example of doctrine thats different for everyone. Some people say “secular music is bad” while others say “its only music”. Some say it lets in demons, and others say if it doesnt influence you, it doesnt matter. Me personally, unless it makes me tempted to do someting bad ( e.g songs that talk about sexual topics) i dont mind secular music. But then am i bad for that? Will other Christians not like me because of that?

This is alot deeper than looking for denominations, but im not sure what else to call this. Either way, help is MUCH appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
