Please pray for my tinnitus to go away

I want to apologize in advance, I am not a religious person, perhaps a life time of challenges, hardships, trauma and death make it difficult to see ‘a higher power’ and difficulty in believing an all mighty that that would allow people to suffer how they do.

Perhaps this loss of faith and believing was due to my step mom who was very fond of, contracting a horrible brain tumor and passing on Christmas Day in the 90s. Leaving a 2 yo daughter and my dad heart broken, and me with a lifetime of anxiety.

But im at a point in my life where I’m open to expanding my horizons. Recently I have come down with constant tinnitus, there’s no explanation as to why it just started. And there is no cure. I have other health changes like my anxiety that I’d rather live with than tinnitus.
